Views wanted on pharmacy service

By Farnham Herald in Health

RESIDENTS are being asked to identify if there are any gaps in the county’s current pharmaceutical services in West Sussex.

The Have Your Say survey will inform the West Sussex Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) which looks at whether services meet the current and future needs of the people of West Sussex.

The survey also captures the important wider role pharmacies play as the first port of call for health advice and information.

Pharmaceutical services in West Sussex are provided by chemists, dispensing doctors and appliance contractors, such as prescription medicines, medical appliances and health advice.

The survey can be found online at www. jsna.westsussex.gov.uk/pna/survey and is open until Monday, March 27.

Paper copies of the surveys can also be found in local pharmacies, GP surgeries and libraries across West Sussex.
