Surrey Police confirmed that the vehicle was one of two suspected of being involved in the attempted burglary, which took place shortly before 3.25am on Tuesday, October 6.

The incident shocked residents in the village after two black SUVs were reportedly used to ram the doors and windows of the Co-op in an attempt to gain entry.
The vehicles fled the scene after failing to get into the store.
Police said both vehicles have since been recovered after being found abandoned in the local area. One was discovered after being set alight in a field at Batt’s Corner.
No one was found inside either vehicle, no injuries have been reported and no arrests have been made.
Greg Stafford MP said he had been kept informed by Surrey Police following the incident.
He described the raid as “a reckless and entirely unacceptable act of criminality” and said it was particularly shocking for residents and staff in a village such as Rowledge.

Mr Stafford added that he was “very relieved that nobody was hurt” and said he would continue to follow the investigation closely.
A Southern Co-op spokesperson said the Rowledge store was broken into in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
“Thankfully, the incident didn’t directly involve any of our colleagues,” they said, adding that the store could not comment further while the matter remained under police investigation.
Surrey Police is appealing for information from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information that could assist the investigation.
