THE ROYAL School has been selected as a finalist in Muddy Stilettos’ Best Schools Awards.

The winners will be announced on Tuesday, June 14.

Pippa Smithson, head of The Royal School, said: “We are delighted to have been nominated as finalists for the Special Sixth Form Muddy Stilettos Best Schools Award as well as achieving highly commended for Happiest Boarding School.

“These are national awards and with more than 400 schools entering the competition this year, they place The Royal at the forefront of these two areas.

“The panel of judges are eminent in the world of education and we are honoured to have been selected for these nominations.”
