STREET NATION Dance School in Haslemere put on an energetic performance at Haslemere Hall.

StreetNation: The Reboot saw more than 75 children from four to 17 years old perform together.

StreetNation was set up by Karen Musco and Nadeana Simpson-Hadden 13 years ago.

They said: “We are so proud of every dancer. There is something about dancing that brings happiness out of people, and when we see our dancers on stage come together as one dance school and support each other it makes us feel so incredibly proud.”

Isla Morgan, one of StreetNation’s street poppers, said: “I love dancing with my friends so much. It was so much fun to show everyone what we have been practising and to see all the other routines.”

The dance school has 15 classes a week taught by Karen and her team, which includes Deeza Harris and Ollie Finch – who started as students 13 years ago.

Deeza added: “We called this show The Reboot, to reflect the challenges we have all faced over the past few years during the pandemic. It’s so good to finally see this show on the stage. At StreetNation, we know how important dance is to our students and there was no way we were going to let a pandemic get in the way.”
