THREE Godalming Extinction rebellion activists arrested at the April Climate Change Emergency protests in London and charged with public order offences, appeared in court on July 19.
Tim Moxon, 39, Jackie Allison, 63, and Chris Neill, 62, pleaded not guilty. Mr Moxon will be tried on November 7, with a court date of between October 14 and 16 for Mr Neill and Ms Allinson.
More than 1,000 campaignerse were arrested over the protest action that brought parts of central London to a standstill.
So far 232 files of evidence have been passed to the Crown Prosecution Service and 180 have been charged. The other three Godalming members arrested have not been charged.
