FAMILIES dropped into Haslemere Library last Friday for some half-term fun.
Youngsters enjoyed learning how to make a mobile to decorate their homes, as well as take out some holiday reading.
Pupils are now back at school but activities for toddlers at Haslemere Library continue on Wednesday mornings with Rhyme Time from 10am to 10.30am. These sessions are aimed at those aged under five, along with their mums, dads and carers.
The events are based entirely on sharing nursery rhymes, action songs and percussion music.

Going to the weekly sessions is also a good way of introducing babies and toddlers to their local library.
The sessions are free and enable dads, mums and carers – as well as their children – to make new friends in a relaxed setting.
Children sometimes also get the chance to join in using simple percussion instruments.
