HASLEMERE Pharmacy is offering support to smokers keen to quit, who have signed up for ‘Stoptober’.

Pharmacy manager Oormi Rahman said: “We all know the benefits of giving up smoking but we also understand that quitting is a tough thing to do.

“A big part of my role as a community pharmacist is to support anyone who wants to stop smoking. There are different options available for managing cravings and breaking the habit – nicotine patches, inhalers or e-cigarettes are just a few. We’ll guide and support our patients and help them to find a solution that will work for them.’
