A multi-millionaire polo player is poised to go to appeal again after Waverley planners refused an application to erect three stable blocks at Barfold Farm Estate.

Cortium Sports founder Adrian Kirby, who plays polo for its high goal team, got the green light on appeal last year to hold up to 20 competitive matches annually on his estate and to convert an old signals station next to the polo ground into a clubhouse.
