THERE was a right royal day for youngsters at The Royal School's pre-prep department in Hindhead.
The girls have been studying castles this term and to celebrate the end of the topic they invited the boys from Haslemere Prep's reception class to join them for a 'Royal Day'.
The children dressed up as princes and princesses and paraded their costumes, made crowns, shields and jam tarts, and listened to a story. They also danced to medieval music and enjoyed lunch at a long banqueting table.
