POLICE are appealing for help in finding an "extremely vulnerable" 15 year old girl.

Ellie Phelps, who was reported missing on Wednesday, November 14, lives in Worcestershire but is believed to be in Surrey.

According to Surrey Police, Ellie is extremely vulnerable due to her age and officers are concerned for her safety.

She is described as white, 157cm tall, of a slim build with blonde hair and blue eyes.
