CONGESTION on the A3 through Hindhead is on the rise according to new figures by Trafficmaster and the AA.

The motoring agencies' Interim Congestion Update, released on November 16, has revealed that traffic build-up past the Hindhead traffic lights has increased by one per cent since the end of September compared to the same period in 2008.
