A GRAYSHOTT woman paid tribute to her late father last week, after an inquest found he died after complications during surgery.
Geoffrey Bastock, a 74-year-old former Metropolitan Police officer, had attended St Richard's Hospital in Chichester, in March 2009, for an operation on an aortic aneurysm – a swelling of the main artery from the heart.
