AFTER over a century of Army presence in Bordon, the Ministry of Defence is moving out, securing the future for the development of a so-called 'eco-town'.

Defence minister Liam Fox revealed the MoD will be leaving Whitehill and Bordon and will have vacated the site by 2015.
