This had mostly been raised when 20 members of Coomers staff and their family and friends participated in a muddy obstacle course charity challenge in September.
However, additional funds were also raised through in-store and online donations too.
Coomers had originally adopted the charity as its 2020 charity of the year, but the Covid-19 pandemic meant virtually all the fundraising events had to be cancelled.
The company therefore adopted the charity for a second year in 2021.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance fundraising manager Ray Southam said: “I would like to thank the team at Coomers for the dedication they have shown our organisation, particularly during a challenging period.
“It is only with dedicated supporters such as Coomers that our charity continues to save lives across the county.”
This year Coomers’ charity partner is Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care, for which fundraising has already begun.
