Farnham Fireworks and Torchlit Procession is back with a bang this Saturday – and for the first time, tickets must be bought in advance online, with no sales on the gate.
Secure your tickets at www.farnhamroundtable.org.uk for £12 (adults over 16), £6 (children aged two to 16), and free admission for under-twos. Family tickets (two adults and two children) are available for just £30.
The festivities will begin with the traditional Torchlit Procession, leaving Waggon Yard car park at 6.15pm and arriving in Farnham Park for the lighting of the bonfire at 7.15pm.
In addition to tickets, flaming torches for the procession can also be pre-purchased online when you buy your ticket.
And schools, charities and other community groups across the Farnham area can bag £50 each to put towards their services by entering a Guy for this year’s bonfire.
If your school or community group wants to participate in the Guy competition, email [email protected] for details on delivery and more.
This year’s event is again organised by Farnham Round Table for an array of local good causes, with the support of gold sponsors Guardian Angel Carers, silver Moran Roofing Ltd and bronze Crest Nicholson.
Nigel Davison, chairman of Farnham Round Table, said: "With just days to go before Farnham Fireworks and Torchlit Procession, tickets are selling fast. This year, for the first time ever, tickets are only available online, and remember, all the profits go to charity and local good causes.
"We can't wait to celebrate with you on Saturday!"
Farnham Fireworks and Torchlit Procession plays a crucial role in supporting various local causes each year.
Last year’s event raised £40,000 to be shared out by Farnham Round Table to everything from schools and scouts groups, to youth clubs, sporting organisations, Farnham Foodbank, and families in crisis.
