JIGSAW School for children with autism received a £2,404 boost after a talent show by Ripley Court School.
A group of Ripley’s Year 6 visited Jigsaw at Dunsfold Park to present them with a cheque and took part in a workshop to learn about autism and how the Jigsaw Trust supports its pupils and clients.
Jigsaw’s fundraising officer Steven Morgan was once again on the Ripley’s Got Talent judging panel, was there to collect the the proceeds.
“We are incredibly fortunate to have the support of
Ripley Court and, thanks to them, we will be able to purchase a new shed for the pupils’ horticulture project,” he said.
“It will be used to securely store gardening equipment and provide a small covered workshop area for pupils.”
