BBC Strictly Come Dancing stars Kevin and Karen Clifton will be the star attractions at a fundraiser in aid of Phyllis Tuckwell at the Lakeside Country Club, Frimly Green, on May 27.

The high-profile couple lead the entertainment and guests can bid for a dance with each on the night.

The audience will also be treated to dance routines from the University of Surrey’s ballroom and Latin American dance club, as well as a debut performance by 10 new dancing couples taking part in Phyllis Tuckwell’s Strictly Learn to Dance classes.

Members will also be taught a few ballroom dancing moves, themselves.

The couples will also raise sponsorship money by taking part to help fund the hospice care Phyllis Tuckwell provides for patients and their families.

The debut dancing display follows 10 weeks of one-hour dance lessons at Angela’s School of Dancing.
