AN 18-year-old man from Milford has been reported for summons for causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving following a fatal collision, in Alfold, last year.

A woman in her 50s died following a two-vehicle collision outside the post office, in Loxwood Road, at around 7.20am on October 28. The teenager is due to appear at Guildford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, July 5.

• Surrey Police have repeated their appeal for anyone who may have witnessed a crash in Petworth Lane, Chiddingfold, on Saturday May 21, which left a woman in a medically induced coma after she received head and fractures to both her left arm and leg, and injuries to her pelvis. The van in which she was a passenger crashed close to the golf club. Call Surrey Police on 101.
