TV and radio personality Paul Ross launched the Haslemere Food Festival on Saturday, with town mayor Melanie Odell.

The launch, marked by the cutting of a cake with the festival logo at the Aga Shop in West Street, is the beginning of more than two weeks of events celebrating food and drink.
