A CONTROVERSIAL children's centre at St Bartholomew's Primary School has been given the thumbs-up from Haslemere Town Council despite ongoing concerns from neighbours.
The town council objected to Surrey County Council's plans for the Sure Start centre in June after concerns were voiced over the location of the centre.
