NEW customer service ‘ambassadors’ are now working at South West Trains (SWT) stations across the network, as part of a £50 million investment. They are based on the platform and on station concourses to help passengers.
SWT says all ambassadors receive nationally recognised training and have access to ‘smart’ technology for quick information, to give expert advice. They have now been introduced at nine stations across four counties including Liphook, and will reach 100 by February, 2017.
