ROAD users in Surrey are being reminded that the A3 will be closed in both directions through the Hindhead tunnel tonight (Tuesday), between 10pm and 6am, for routine maintenance.

A clearly signed diversion will be in place via the A31 and A325.

Drivers planning to use this section of the A3 are advised to plan their journeys and allow 45 minutes extra to reach their destinations.
