HASLEMERE MP Jeremy Hunt has promised to ensure voices are heard if a planning application for new homes at Lion Lane goes to Waverley Borough Council.
The re-elected MP for South West Surrey met with members of the Save Lion Lane group at his constituency office in Hindhead last Friday – the day after a second open evening called by the would-be developers of the site.
Mr Hunt agreed to forward the group's concerns to the borough council.
