BEACON Hill Amateur Dramatics Company staged a showstopper of a panto in the shape of Aladdin, which was a sell-out for all three performances.

A dragon was one of the many highlights of BAD’s latest production, which was directed by Ian Simpson and performed at the Royal British Legion club, in Beacon Hill Road, Hindhead.

RBL steward Trevor Woods said: “A wide range of societies and groups make use of the hall, which is available for hire at very reasonable rates. Entertainment plays a large part in the club’s social calendar with live music every month, bingo and quiz evenings – and even the battle of the barbecues. Pop in for a drink and a chat and we will tell you how to become a member of this great club.”
