DAVID Logan, the under-19 British judo champion, has visited the children of Beacon Hill Primary School as part of National Sports Week.

Following an afternoon of fitness challenges, David talked in an assembly about his sport, training schedule and his diet which he hopes will result in an Olympic medal in London in 2012.

The children also took part in a fundraising event with David to raise money for charity.
