GRAYSHOTT library could face reduced opening hours as Hampshire County Council's next phase of restructuring to meet massive spending cuts begins to bite.

It is proposed to decrease opening hours by two per week. If councillors agree to the cuts, the library would be open from 2pm to 5pm on Fridays instead of staying open until 7pm.
