HASLEMERE Rail Users' Group has critisised the "total breakdown in organisation and communication" when travellers were stranded for up to five-and-a-half hours last Thursday.
Passengers were left in the lurch outside Woking when up to 60 trains were brought to a halt as a result of an attempted theft of valuable cable from next to the track.
