A DONKEY tea party with added drama attracted quite a crowd on Sunday.

Witley Pantomime Company's wacky version of Alice in Wonderland was a hit with visitors to the RSPCA Lockwood Centre for Horses and Donkeys, who enjoyed peformances throughout the afternoon.

Visitors were also able to meet the resident donkeys, while children could play on a bouncy castle – there was also a kid's corner and a "Cheshire Cat" photo booth, where youngsters could dress up and sit on the Queen of Hearts' throne.
