Bidding to attend the final-ever Dine and Disco for Children in Need, at The Mulberry Tree, in Chiddingfold, raised a record-breaking £2million, on Wednesday morning.
BBC?Radio2 DJ Chris Evans, who owns the Surrey pub, revealed former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney will be the headline act for the party on Saturday, June 25. Tables were bought by the lucky bidders, who will also enjoy haut cuisine produced by several top London chefs.
