A SALE has been agreed on the home of Michael Griffiths, the antiques dealer allegedly tortured and killed.
A group of men are accused of hogtying Michael Griffiths and using weapons and strangulation in a bid to find out where he kept diamonds at his home in Old Glebe.
The 59 year old was found dead having been doused in accelerant and his Fernhurst home set on fire last January.
Estate agent Henry Adams accepted a £100,000 offer for the badly fire damaged three–bedroom home – believed to be worth three times as much before the blaze. The sale details warned potential purchasers a murder had been committed at the property.
Six people from Surrey are on trial at Hove in relation to the murder.
