HASLEMERE MP Jeremy Hunt has been accused of penny-pinching after it emerged last week that he submitted an expenses claim for a 12-second mobile phone bill that came to just 1p.
It was also revealed that the Tory MP for South West Surrey overclaimed council tax to the tune of £635.48 because he claimed for 12 months of payments instead of the usual 10 month council tax period.
