UNDERSHAW campaigner John Gibson has asked the Local Government Ombudsman to investigate Waverley Borough Council's conduct.
He says the council failed to protect the historic home of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, at Hindhead.
The fight to save Undershaw has been rolling for six years and Mr Gibson says he is not ready to give up yet. "I think we have a few more rounds ahead of us," he said.
