SURREY Police Authority is set to rubber stamp the selling off of Haslemere's police station along with several more across the county when it meets in public, on Monday.

A report by Chief Superintendent Gavin Stephens will update authority members on the results of the public consultation, which ended in November, on "neighbourhood officer accessibility in alternative locations, linked to the closing of smaller police stations as part of the operational policing review".
