FORESTRY England has launched a Shaun the Sheep activity trail just in time for the release of the new movie.

Shaun the Sheep: Farmageddon is set to be released tomorrow, but families can enjoy the new trail at Alice Holt Forest today.

Following the special Glow Trail through the forest, children can help Shaun rescue Lu-La, an alien who has crash landed.

Along the 2km trail, children can use the special UV light pen-torch to guide the way and solve the trail puzzles with the activity sheet or free phone app.

Glow trail kits are available to buy at the Alice Holt visitor centre for £3.50, and include the pen-torch, Shaun the Sheep ears, a clue sheet, activity booklet, sticker sheet and a pencil to make notes and take answers along the way.

Alice Holt is also hosting a special Shaun the Sheep 3km Glow Run on October 29.
