PEOPLE in Surrey who have been diagnosed with cancer are shockingly finding it as hard to keep warm as they were nearly 100 years ago, according to the charity Macmillan Cancer Support.

Figures published on Monday by the charity reveal that they gave out £14,806 to 80 patients in the county in 2008, specifically to help them pay their fuel bills after a cancer diagnosis.
