MIDHURST Rother College students came out top twice at United Learning’s hotly contested ‘Best in Everyone Awards’.
Sophie Brownbill won the history award in the Years 10 to 13 category and Max Bryars-Mansell won the maths award in the same category.
Both were nominated for the national awards ceremony by their teachers for their exceptional academic achievements.
Sophie was nominated for her boundless enthusiasm and Max for his deep understanding.
Principal Stuart Edwards said: “Well done to Sophie and Max on receiving these prestigious awards.
“Both students display a natural flair for their subjects and constantly impress us by going beyond what it is expected of them. I am particularly proud that we have picked up two subject awards, demonstrating our focus on high academic standards.”
