TRELOAR School and College will be holding its annual St Swithun’s Way Walk and Run on Sunday, April 29, to raise essential funds for its disabled students.

A family and dog friendly day out, the route will take participants from the Treloar campus in Holybourne, five miles across the East Hampshire countryside to Bentley or the full 10 miles to Farnham Park. Shuttle buses will be provided to get folk back to Treloar’s and refreshments will be available.

Catherine Bristow, events fundraising nanager, said: “Not only will this be a memorable occasion for everyone taking part, it also provides an ideal opportunity for you to do something fantastic with friends, colleagues and/or family.

“The event is open to everyone who likes walking and/or running or just fancies a challenge.

“This walk will be the fifth year we have run the event and there is always such an amazing atmosphere on the day.

“Your support does truly make a difference and enables our students to have a brighter, more independent future.”

All profits from the event will be used to help the physically disabled children and young adults at Treloar’s.

Walkers will set off from Treloar’s at 10am followed by the runners at 11am.

Places are £12 adult, £6 for under 16s and £30 for a family ticket (two adults two children).
