PROPERTY expert Lucy Alexander and her team are looking for people in the Surrey area planning to do up their homes for a brand new Channel 4 series.

Along with master builder Andy Stevens she will help homeowners bring in ambitious interior transformations “bang on budget”, while hopefully not spending a penny more than they bargained for.

This is a series with a twist, Lucy will show homeowners several rooms, all done on various budgets, and ask them to pick their favourites.

She and Andy will then have to help them recreate those rooms as closely as possible, but they will have to do it on the owners’ budget.

If they overspend on one room they will have to claw back cash in another to balance the books.
