Waitrose puts emphasis on 'local'

WAITROSE in West Street welcomed the community, in the run-up to its new store opening, with a food sampling and local produce event at Haslemere Hall.

Produce came from companies in the three counties surrounding the town – and on its doorstop, Pollen Organics based at Bramshott Chase, which produces gourmet pesto puree and mayonnaise.
