A CHARITABLE group has hailed its “special relationship” with a Lindford pub after a festive appeal raised more than £2,100.

The Woolmer Forest Lions raised £1,415 through Santa Sleigh collections at Bordon Library, Country Market, Bordon Tesco and in Grayshott during December.

A further £737 was raised through a grotto, Christmas hamper raffle and quiz at the Royal Exchange with the public being thanked for their generosity over the period.
