DRIVERS are being advised to plan ahead and allow extra time if they are travelling to and around Farnborough in Hampshire this weekend during the public days of the Farnborough International Airshow 2016.
More than 100,000 people are expected to head for the public show on Saturday July 16 and Sunday July 17, with a further 100,000 trade visitors expected in the lead up.
Visitors are being advised to travel to the show by public transport but it is likely there will an increased number of vehicles on surrounding roads and the M3 around junctions 4 and 4a in particular.
