Police searching for a Petersfield man reported missing this morning (Thursday) have sadly discovered a body.

A missing persons appeal was launched this afternoon amid concerns about the whereabouts of 58-year-old Andrew Spiller.

Police reported this evening that a male’s body has been found.

While formal identification has not taken place, Andrew’s family have been informed and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
