YEAR six children at St Bartholomew's Primary School became mini-Alan Sugars for the day on Wednesday when the Junior Bradford Business Game came to town.

But none of the apprentices were told: "You're fired!"

The young apprentices at the Derby Road school got to grips with the challenges inherent in running a company with teachers playing the supporting roles of banker, buyer and supplier.
