The Bourne Club, a Farnham-based racquets club, has appointed Marissa Ivey as interim club manager.

Marissa will be supported by co-assistant managers Beverly Neate and Rachael Savage.

Marissa said: “I am thrilled to be taking over as interim club manager.

“Exciting times lie ahead, and I am looking forward to showing that the role of club manager has no boundaries.”

Club president Steve Matthews said: “We are delighted to have Marissa on board as interim club manager.

“She has joined us at a hugely exciting time, and I have every confidence in her.”

Club vice-president Julie Stafford-Jones said: “Marissa’s professionalism and work ethic is second to none.

“She is loved by the members for her infectious enthusiasm and positivity, and I am very much looking forward to her new and fresh perspective.

“We have an extremely strong team in place to drive the club forward.”
