People going in search of plumbing supplies in Haslemere have helped keep their local arts venue in good shape.

Howard Bicknell, manager of the Haslemere Hall, said: “We have a great relationship with our local Plumbase, who for a number of years have supported us through donations given by their customers.

“This morning Philip Morris, their manager, presented us with a cheque for £580 plus a cash donation of £125.”
