Residents of Odiham and North Warnborough flocked to Odiham High Street to watch their Christmas lights being switched on.
Lights adorning the High Street shops and business premises were funded by InOdiham and put up by volunteers, a task which took several weeks.
This year the lights were extended to All Saints Church in The Bury. The tree provided by Odiham Parish Council was decorated by volunteers from the Hook and Odiham Lions Club, councillors and staff.
Everyone sang carols around the tree, accompanied by Cove Brass Band, and Santa dropped by courtesy of the Rotary Club of Odiham and Hook.
The evening was organised by Odiham Parish Council and the High Street shops.
It ended with a thank you reception for representatives of local voluntary groups.
