NUTRITIONAL coach Claudia Vargas will provide key advice on how to improve brain health in three talks hosted by Haslemere’s Hunter Centre, which supports those living with dementia.
Centre trustee Dr Mark Hurst said: “The talks will provide practical help, not only to those who already care for someone with dementia, but also to anyone concerned about their own cognitive health.”
Claudia’s interest is inspired by her own memory decline, which she has successfully held at bay.
The talks, from 11am to 1pm at The Georgian Hotel in Haslemere, are ‘The Brain Support Diet’on February 27; ‘The Benefits of Improved Sleep’ on March 5; and ‘Daily Routine to Improve Cognitive Health’ on March 12.
Tickets are £5. Pre-book by emailing [email protected] or call 01428 654710.
