THE free bus-pass scheme for Hampshire residents has been dealt a blow, with £1million cut from the transport budget.
A Hampshire County Council spokesperson this week told The Herald the council was "still reviewing the implications" of the Government's decision to award £11.6million for a service the council estimates to run at a minimum of £12.5million.
