A SPOOKTACULAR time was enjoyed by one and all at the popular annual Horrific Hallowe'en event held at Haslemere Museum.

An afternoon of ghoulish goings on kicked off with children bringing along their pumpkins, which they carved to designs of their choice.

They also created weird and wonderful Hallowe'en cut-outs, pictures, hanging ghosts and seasonal decorations.

Sam Mullender, from the museum's HYPE club, was on hand to help with the pumpkin carving and volunteers served up suitably spooky refreshments in their "Haunted Café".

At 4.30pm, a procession of adults and children carrying their carved pumpkins set off from the museum and made their way down the High Street and into Charter Walk.

"Everyone gathered together with Haslemere mayor Penny Bradley and proudly showed off their amazing array of costumes and carefully carved pumpkins."
