Concerned parishioners are still voicing strong objections at the proposed Gospel Hall on land at Bohunt Manor Estate, which is set to be determined by planners.

A petition against the controversial planning application by the Brethren group was launched last year after a storm of protests at November's Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council's planning meeting, as reported by The Herald.

The parish council objected on a number of grounds to plans for a proposed 1,150 sq-metre hall for 650 members of the Christian group known as the Fernhurst Assembly, on a 2.5-acre site in the South Downs National Park (SDNP).

EHDC has received a total of 133 letters of objections.
